Your account
Provide accurate account information and use your own identity documents. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Identity verification
Venno requests a photo and an ID or passport to review your identity. Submitting documents does not automatically approve your account. Do not submit another person’s documents.
Fees and currency
The wallet and money transfers use USD. Sending costs 1% of the amount sent. Withdrawals have a $5 USD flat fee. Western Union and Zelle withdrawals use that flat fee; Binance USDT withdrawals also have an additional 2% deducted. Binance withdrawals are paid in USDT.
Responsible use
Use Venno only for transactions you are authorized to make. Do not use an account for fraud, impersonation, or unlawful activity, or attempt to access another user’s information.
Your agreement
By creating an account, you accept these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. The date and version of your acceptance are recorded with your account.
